Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable taxes and shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or government actions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Force majeure events beyond our control


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may not be eligible for reshipment or refund

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly or file a claim if applicable


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged package and product

  • Products must be unopened and unused

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available on a limited basis and is subject to the following conditions:

  • International orders are not guaranteed and are processed at our sole discretion

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance requirements

  • Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and may vary significantly

  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, rejections, or refusals by customs or regulatory authorities

  • International orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of verified damage during transit

  • If a shipment is returned, refused, or abandoned due to customs issues, no refund will be issued
