Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of dietary(herbal) supplements and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product arrived with defective, broken, or compromised packaging

  • The product received is incorrect or incomplete

To be eligible, customers must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products that have been consumed or tampered with

  • Requests based on personal preference, taste, or dissatisfaction

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items

  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification and approval
