Due to the nature of dietary(herbal) supplements and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Eligible Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product arrived with defective, broken, or compromised packaging
- The product received is incorrect or incomplete
To be eligible, customers must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been consumed or tampered with
- Requests based on personal preference, taste, or dissatisfaction
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items
